I love my Dad.  He is a retired pastor residing on the family farm (where he grew up) near Hiseville, KY. It's hard to believe he is a retired banker.  I refer to him as an 80 year old man in a 30 year old's body (He reminded me to add "and the mind of a 20 year old").  He works hard...all of the time.  Our relationship has God's grace all over it.  Our conversations over the years have truly driven me to think deeper, seek harder and listen.  It is amazing to see how we never let our theological disagreements ever effect our affection for one another.

One lesson that God has shown me through our lifelong safari is:

The bigness of God and the individual concern He has for His Body makes His pursuit for us and our pursuit of Him a never-ending (eternal), beautiful journey.
